IN the great cosmological convergence and ensuing world wide geologic disaster of 5 May 2000, Sydney is submerged beneath the waters of the pacific, the endlessness of suburbia washed unto the banks of the blue mountains. The last great species of the air, Boeing, now know to exhibit the traits of the last great species of the waves, Cetacea, continues it millenial migratory journey to Sydney Kingsford Smith, their innate GPS guidance luring them into a watery drowning.

In time, Boeing learn to approach Sydney in reverse, allowing them to touch tail to water, still able to gain the air and return to fairer watering grounds.

WITHIN the decade, a glass coral forms over the site of SKS, sprung from the submerged rhizome that is CityRail. This structure evolves into a waystation for the weary Boeing, in their migration south in the summer beneath Capricorn.
